OUR HUMBLE BEGINNING
The story of A LeBlanc Paving's evolution is that of a company built on hard work, attention to customer service and strong family values. We began in 1974 as a “Mom and Pop” operation run by Archille and his wife, Jeannine. Archille managed the operations, while Jeannine was the bookkeeper and office manager.
A LeBlanc Paving had its humble beginnings in a picturesque small town located about 15 kilometres east of Moncton, NB. In this scenic area, Archille began with 6 employees and minimum equipment. With perseverance and hard work, his company started to grow into a respectable company way into the 80s and kept growing from there.
Today, M. LeBlanc has passed on his legacy to his two sons, Sylvio and Gaetan, who continue to manage and expand this company. They are now very much involved in the day-to-day operations. The family of employees keeps growing with a fleet of modern equipment and trucks.
